Abstract
建立了沙姜精油产品中沙姜脑含量的紫外分光光度测定方法.以沙姜脑为标准品,在其最大吸收波长309 nm下进行吸光度测定,制作的工作曲线线性相关系数r为0.99991,用此工作曲线测定沙姜脑的含量,所得结果重现性良好,平均加样回收率为99.6％.该法操作简便,成本低,准确度高,可用于产品的定量检测.
