Abstract
胰腺癌是一种起源于胰腺外分泌组织的肿瘤,多为导管腺癌;早期隐匿、侵袭性强、易转移、生存率低为其主要特点,这些特点也为早期诊断和治疗带来了挑战.近年来随着功能MR成像技术的发展,为人们进一步认识、了解胰腺癌提供了基础,尤其是MR扩散加权成像、动态增强扫描及波谱等技术的应用明显提高了病灶检出的敏感性,有助于了解胰腺癌的微循环灌注及细胞代谢情况,并能对抗血管治疗的疗效进行监测.
