河南省甘薯脱毒技术研究及其应用

Abstract
利用茎尖分生组织培养技术,对河南省10个主栽甘薯品种进行了脱毒培养,经过对脱毒甘薯原原种、原种及良种的三级繁育和在生产上大面积应用,结果表明:脱毒甘薯比非脱毒甘薯平均增产61.8%,商品性状明显改善.此外,还对河南省甘薯病毒种类进行了鉴定,明确了甘薯羽状斑驳病毒(SPFMV)、甘薯潜隐病毒(SPLV)和甘薯G病毒(SPVG)等为河南省甘薯主要病毒,并对甘薯茎尖苗病毒快速检测技术进行了研究.
