进境木片松材线虫PCR检测方法研究

Abstract
利用松材线虫rDNA内转录区(ITS)特异性引物,对泉州口岸入境木片携带的线虫基因组DNA进行特异性PCR扩增,建立一套快速准确的线虫检测鉴定方法.将该检测方法应用于泉州口岸现场检疫鉴定,结果未检测到松材线虫,与传统形态学鉴定方法结果一致.
