Abstract
用3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)和4,4′-二苯甲烷型双马来酰亚胺(BMI)合成了一种新型的适用于浇注型聚氨酯弹性体的扩链剂.分别以MOCA、BMI-MOCA以及两者的混合物作扩链剂,采用预聚体法制备聚氨酯弹性体,研究了MOCA用量、BMIMOCA用量以及后处理对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响.结果表明:MOCA用量为12%(质量分数)时,制得的试样力学性能最佳;以BMI-MOCA为扩链剂时,容易制得高强度高硬度的聚氨酯的弹性体;适当后处理有助于提高聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能.
