Abstract
目的 设计合成人参二醇衍生物.方法 对人参二醇皂苷3位-羟基基团进行结构改造,通过一系列的酰化反应制备其衍生物,并通过核磁对其结构进行鉴定.结果 制备了6个人参二醇衍生物,其中5个化学物为新化合物.结论 这些化合物简便易得,因而为得到大量同类衍生物供活性筛选奠定了基础,为三七的深入研究与开发提供了新途径.
