中药骨松康治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床疗效观察

Abstract
目的探讨阴阳双补兼活血化瘀中药对绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMO)的治疗作用及其机理.方法按照中药新药临床研究指导原则,采用空白对照和前后自身对照的方法,观察患者服用骨松康胶囊(GSKC)前后的主要症状变化及骨密度(BMD)改变,并与西药对照组进行对比.结果骨松康胶囊对骨质疏松治疗作用显著(P＜0.01),患者骨密度亦有明显改善(P＜0.05),而对照组则无明显变化.结论中药骨松康胶囊治疗PMO疗效可靠,无明显毒副作用.
