浓香型烟叶分切不同段位质量变化研究

Abstract
襄县烟叶是河南浓香型烟叶的代表.对襄县B2F进行分切,采用常规化学成分检测、气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)致香成分分析及感官质量评吸等手段,研究单叶分切后不同段位的内在质量变化规律.结果表明,分切后不同段位的烟叶在总糖、烟碱、糖碱比及钾氯比等常规化学指标与酸性、中性及碱性致香成分含量上均存在差异.叶中部香气量更充足、透发性好、地方性杂气小,烟气特征较为细腻、刺激性较小、余味干净,感官评吸质量好于未分切的原级B2F;叶尖部分感官评吸质量次之;叶基部分感官评吸质量较差.究其原因在于叶中部致香成分总量丰富,碱性致香成分适当,且糖碱比及钾氯比协调.
