2000例人工流产者婚育史及术后恢复情况的流行病学调查

Objective:To understand the birth history,the postoperative recovery of uterus and menses of artificial abor-tion. Methods:By the epidemiology,case - control and retrospective analysis method,randomly select 2000 cases of artificial abortion in early pregnancy,fill in the questionnaires,analysis on the birth history,give postoperative abortion care educa-tion. Women were divided into the first abortion and high - risk abortion,to analysis urine HCG,endometrium,intrauterine residue after 2 weeks,menses and intrauterine adhesions. Results:716 women were unmarried,1284 women were mar-ried. 1032 women were the first abortion,968 women were the high - risk abortion. The average endometrium after 2 weeks was 6. 91 ± 1. 94 mm,the average bleeding time was 3. 87 ± 2. 49 天,menses was 30. 66 ± 5. 41 天 . There was significant difference between the two groups on urine HCG,endometrium,intrauterine residue after 2 weeks,bleeding time,menses, menstrual quantity,and intrauterine adhesions(P < 0. 001). Conclusions:The first abortion women could timely recover-y. The high - risk abortion were accompanied with complications. Our hospital carried out PAC to education the women and strengthen review work,about contraceptive knowledge to reduce the influence of artificial abortion for womenˊs reproductive health.
