环切对烤烟上部叶烟碱含量及品质的影响

Abstract
通过对打顶后不同时间的烟株进行环切,找出环切对烤烟上部烟叶烟碱含量及品质的影响.结果表明:随着采收期推迟,上部烟叶烟碱含量逐渐增加,未环切处理上部烟叶烟碱含量为5.07%,环切后各处理烟碱含量分别降至4.23%,4.33%,4.69%;环切后各处理上部叶碳/氮比与对照相比趋于合理,施木克值、水溶性糖/烟碱比较对照有大幅改善,并且有利于各评吸项目评吸总分的提高.与对照相比,各处理中以打顶后第1周环切对提高上部叶烟叶品质的效果最好,且上部各叶片烟碱含量都有显著性下降,其次为打顶后第2周环切,再次是打顶后第3周环切.
