Abstract
目的探讨肝癌介入治疗后期综合疗法的临床效果. 材料与方法对33例肝癌介入治疗后期综合症状采取一系列综合措施:出血应用凝血酶原复合物;肝性脑病应用支链氨基酸等方法治疗. 结果 21例PCS术后留置管全部保持通畅.33例平均生存期20.1个月,2年生存率为36%. 结论对肝癌介入治疗后期采取一系列综合措施,可延长患者生存期,提高生存质量,使肝癌介入治疗效果上一个新台阶.
