单分散氧气锌纳米粒子的制备及表征

Abstract
用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为空间分散剂,制备了前驱物[Zn2(OH)2CO3*HPMC],焙烧后得到的纳米ZnO同不加HPMC制备的ZnO相比较,产物粒度小、分散均匀、不易团聚.通过XRD, TEM及FT-IR对产物的组成、粒径及形貌进行了表征.利用UV-Vis测试了产物的光吸收性能,结果表明,所得的产物在200nm~400nm具有较强的吸收.
