Abstract
目的 检测散发原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者血清miR-29b表达,探讨miR-29b在分子水平致病机制中的作用.方法 通过qRT-PCR技术检测并比较20例散发POAG患者及20例健康对照者血清miR-29b表达的差异性.结果 散发POAG组血清miR-29b相对表达量是健康对照组的0.15倍,差异有统计学意义(.P=0.03).结论 散发POAG组血清miR-29b表达较健康对照组明显下调,提示miR-29b在POAG致病机制中可能起重要作用.
