SWOT Analysis and Reflection on Community Hospice Care Mode

This paper analyzed the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats on development mode of community hospice care by SWOT method.According to the situation of our country,the authors put forward five basic principles and the measures of the following six aspects:to advertise hospice care and strengthen education of death:to strengthen the hospice care professional education and training,and fully give play to the role of social volunteers:the specification of community hospice service content:further to define the finance proportion and direction of community hospice care:to balance community hospice care development inside and outside the region:to set up community hospice care regulation system.
