Abstract
采用定向凝固工艺,研究了在一定的温度梯度下,结晶速度对Mg-1.5 Mn-Al合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响.研究表明,随着结晶速度的逐渐增大,Mg-1.5Mn-Al合金通过定向凝固形成的柱状晶的宽度逐渐变窄,同时合金抗拉强度也逐渐增大.当结晶速度为100 μm/s时,合金的抗拉强度达到193 MPa,与铸态合金相比,提升了124%.
