等离子点火技术的主要特点是锅炉点火、稳燃时不用或少用燃油,通过等离子直接用电弧点燃煤粉.该技术已在全国几十个电厂的锅炉燃烧器改造及新建锅炉机组上成功应用.本文以600MW新建锅炉机组为例,介绍等离子点火的原理和典型应用方案,并对该技术的应用进行技术经济分析.
