Abstract
以灵芝、猴头、黄伞、真姬菇为供菌种,研究了8种母种培养基和8种原种(栽培种)培养基对4种食用菌菌丝生长速度和长势的影响.结果表明:母种培养基配方中,灵芝在PDA综合培养基中长速和长势较好,猴头为PDA培养基或PDA加富培养基,真姬菇为PDA加富培养基,黄伞为5号配方;原种(栽培种)培养基中,灵芝适宜的培养基为木屑合成培养基(栽培种培养基)或麦粒培养基(原种培养基),猴头和黄伞为木屑合成培养基,真姬菇为麦粒培养基.
