Abstract
运用CFD分析软件STAR CCM+对某6缸柴油机冷却水套的冷却性能进行了数值计算.对CFD计算获得的水套流场的速度场、压力场、换热系数及水流量分布结果进行分析,并结合前期机型冷却水套成功开发经验,对该机型水套进行了优化.优化后,冷却水套中的水流冷却性能有了明显提高.
