Abstract
以刺槐硬枝插穗为试材,设置了600,800,和1 000Gs等3种磁场处理强度,研究其成活生根情况.结果表明:(1)与对照相比,各处理根系长增加2~4 cm,生根条数增加5~8根,叶片数增加8~12个,其中,以800 GS磁场苗床的处理效果最佳.(2)在相同磁场强度下,采用托玛琳石处理与未用托玛琳石处理相比,各处理的插穗新根生长速度均明显加快,根系长度平均增加约1cm,发根量增加2~3根,总叶量2~3片.由此表明,磁场和托玛琳石都对剌槐硬枝扦插生根生长有明显的增速效果.
