Determination of the Trace Elements in Serum of the Pregnant Women

The trace elements change in serum of the pregnant women was observed. Determination of Fe、Mn、Cu、 Zn、Ca、Al、Pb in serum of the non-pregnant and the pregnant women were observed by ICP-AES. The content of Fe、 Mn、Ca in serum of the pregnant women obviously decrease than that of non-pregnant women(P0.01).The content of Cu and Zn in serum of the pregnant women obviously rise(P0.01). Al was lower than that of the non-pregnant women(P0.05), while Pb was higher(P0.05). There are obvious changes of trace elements including Fe、Mn、Cu、 Zn、Ca in serum of the non-pregnant and the pregnant women, so women should pay attention to reasonable nutriment during pregnancy.
