泡沫层厚度对低品位铝土矿柱式分选影响的半工业试验研究

Abstract
针对影响低品位铝土矿柱式分选的重要因素—泡沫层厚度,利用旋流—静态微泡浮选柱开展了半工业试验研究,探究了在“快速浮选—一次粗选—一次精选”工艺下粗选浮选柱和精选浮选柱中泡沫层厚度对浮选效果的影响.研究发现,泡沫层厚度对精选段的影响明显高于对粗选段的影响;粗选最佳泡沫层厚度为45 cm,精选最佳泡沫层厚度为50 cm,且在该泡沫层厚度下获得了A/S为6.36、回收率为77.95％的合格精矿.
