摘要
Objective To investigate the hygienic quality of edible ice at Shuangliu International Airport, and to provide the basis for prevention and control of food borne disease. Methods A total of 37 samples from 19 catering enterprises at Shuangliu Airport were randomly collected, tested, and evaluated according to GB 2759.1-2003 Hygienic standard for frozen drinks. Results Only 16(43.24%) samples were qualified. The main reason of unqualified was exceeding the standard limit of aerobic bacterial count andColiform bacteria. Salmonella, Shigella, and Staphylococcus aureuswere not detected in all samples. Three bacteria were isolated from 3 samples respectively, and identified asPseudomonas aeruginosa, Cronobacter malonaticus, andKlebsiella pneumoniaeusing bioMerieux ATB ID 32E test strip and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. Conclusion The hygienic situation of edible ice at Shuangliu International Airport was not optimistic. The opportunistic pathogens were the potential risk of food borne disease. Sanitary supervision and management should be strengthened.
