Abstract

①目的了解青岛市城市和农村儿童卡介苗(BCG)接种后的结核菌素(PPD)试验阳转情况,为进一步提高结核病预防效果提供依据.②方法调查2 653例3个月～5岁城市儿童及589例1～5岁农村儿童卡痕率并行PPD试验.③结果城市3～12个月儿童卡痕阳性者PPD阳转率为71.3%,1～5岁儿童PPD阳转率为37.0%;农村1～5岁儿童PPD阳转率为24.8%;城乡1～5岁儿童PPD阳转率比较,差异有显著性(χ2=20.82,P<0.001).④结论青岛市城乡儿童卡介苗接种质量亟待提高.
