Abstract
目的:探讨糖肾方对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠Toll样受体4(TLR4)及单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)表达的影响.方法:40只雄性SD大鼠单侧肾切除后分为空白组(10只)和实验组(30只)、实验组通过单次STZ腹腔注射诱导DN模型,再随机分为:模型组、中药组、氯沙坦组.以灌胃的方式给予各组分别干预8周,应用免疫组化法及实时荧光定量PCR法检测大鼠肾组织TLR4、MCP-1蛋白及mRNA表达情况.结果:模型组肾组织TLR4和MCP-1蛋白及mRNA表达水平明显高于空白组(P＜0.05);中药组各指标均显著低于模型组(P＜0.05),与氯沙坦组比较,无明显差异.结论:糖肾方能够下调糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织TLR4和MCP-1的表达,从而减轻肾组织炎症反应,发挥其肾脏保护作用.
