介绍了静动叶结合型旋转式粗粉分离器在南京热电厂的应用情况,以及该分离器的技术特点、设计和运行情况,给出了煤粉细度与转子转速的关系曲线.试验结果表明:静动叶结合型旋转式粗粉分离器煤粉细度调节特性良好,分离器出口煤粉均匀性很好,可以降低锅炉飞灰含碳量,提高制粉最大系统出力,降低制粉耗电率.
