Abstract
考虑我国加入WTO后面临的实际情况,研究了存在R&D投资、政府补贴和国内外企业产品差异等非对称因素的情况下,国内企业的对策及政府产业政策.主要结论为:技术创新较大时,政府给予补贴;技术创新较小时,补贴会减少以至于征税.而且企业研发投资越多,技术创新越大,政府给予的补贴就会越多.另外,政府将在R&D投资成本足够高时介入市场,提供出口补贴.
