立体定向适形放射治疗肺癌的临床研究

Abstract
42例肺癌患者接受立体定向放疗,4～8 Gy/次,1次/d,总量30～45 Gy.结果治疗后,CR为14.3%(6/42),CR+PR 76.2%(32/42),NC 16.7%(7/42).主要不良反应为放射性食管炎及放射性肺炎,反应程度较轻.初步研究结果提示,立体定向适形放疗治疗肺癌近期疗效令人满意.
