Abstract
动胶菌HP3是一株从某溴胺酸生产车间排放废水的污泥中筛选的、能以溴胺酸为惟一碳源和氮源的菌株. 正交试验表明,在pH、盐质量浓度、供氧量和温度等影响HP3菌生长的诸因素中,温度的影响最显著. 建立了温度-菌体比生长速率关系方程,并探讨了温度影响菌体比生长速率的过程. 发现HP3菌的最适生长温度为302.3 K, 最大比生长速率为0.215 1 h-1.
