Abstract
The sensitive content of paracetamol and maleic acid chlorobenzene in feeling better cure capsule was determined by HPLC. For XB- C18chromatographic column, methane alachol 0. 05 mol /L of potassium dihydrogen phosphate- triethylamine( 45∶55∶0. 02) adjusted pH value to 3. 4 with phosphoric acid as mobile phase and detection wavelength for 261 nm,the flow rate of 1. 0 mL /min,and column temperature 30 ℃. Acetaminophen in 30. 528 ~305. 28 μg /mL concentration range inside sex good,R2= 1,the average recovery was 98. 4%,RSD was 0. 68%. Maleic acid chlorobenzene that susceptibility in 24. 47~244. 74 μg /mL concentration range inside sex good,R2= 0. 9998,the average recovery was 95. 8%,and RSD% was 0. 75%. The method was simple, quick, accurate, and can effectively control the quality of the cure feeling better capsule.
