Abstract
目的:探讨全胸腔镜手术(VATS)肺癌根治术的临床应用价值.方法:VATS行肺癌根治术21例,其中右上肺癌6例,右中肺癌2例,右下肺癌4例;左上肺癌5例,左下肺癌4例,并同时进行肺门及纵隔淋巴结清扫.结果:21例无一例中转进胸,手术时间90~250分min,术中出血量50~600 ml,术后胸腔闭式引流2~4 d.随访2~36个月,21例均成活.术后3个月、6个月、1年复查胸部CT、ECT均未发现明显复发和转移.结论:VATS肺癌根治术技术可靠,安全、有效,出血少,恢复快.
