Abstract
介绍了不同原理及方法的超声技术应用于管道热收缩带粘接质量检测的技术发展,对比分析了各自优缺点.针对管道补口热收缩带粘接质量的脉冲回波超声检测技术开展了系列试验研究,建立了基于超声检测的管道补口热收缩带粘接质量评价方法,开发了管道补口粘接质量评价软件和试验样机,并在管道补口试块上进行了测试,结果表面:利用样机得出的评价结果与机械拉伸测试结果具有较好的一致性,为实现管道补口热收缩带粘接性能的检测提供了新途径.
