PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF Ba_(1-x)Sr_xTiO_3 NANOCRYSTALS AND FILMS BY Sol-Gel TECHNIQUE

Nanocrystals and films of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 were prepared by Sol-Gel method.The crystallization behaviors of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 were studied by FT-IR?XRD?TG-DTA and AFM.The results suggest that the sol diluted by appropriate acetic acid becomes steadier which is convenient to prepare high quality film.The film of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3,which is deposited on Si substrate by coating of the diluted solution,crystallizes at temperature 750?℃.The average size of the Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 film is about 50?nm.
