PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF Ba_(1-x)Sr_xTiO_3 NANOCRYSTALS AND FILMS BY Sol-Gel TECHNIQUE

摘要
Nanocrystals and films of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 were prepared by Sol-Gel method.The crystallization behaviors of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 were studied by FT-IR?XRD?TG-DTA and AFM.The results suggest that the sol diluted by appropriate acetic acid becomes steadier which is convenient to prepare high quality film.The film of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3,which is deposited on Si substrate by coating of the diluted solution,crystallizes at temperature 750?℃.The average size of the Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 film is about 50?nm.
