Abstract
我国海域面积辽阔,海洋贝类品种丰富产量巨大,由于海洋污染加剧和赤潮频繁出现,贝类产品被生物毒素污染而引起消费者中毒而随之增加,严重影响了我国相关产品的出口.本文就贝类毒素的分类、结构特征、作用机理以及检测的研究现状进行综述,并对各种检测方法的适用性、优缺点等进行分析比较,以期为贝类毒素的检测提供参考.
