针对门诊管理中存在的问题,基于门诊一体化管理信息系统的架构,开发了集病人流量监测、诊室管理、考勤管理、分诊管理、绩效管理、费用统计、评价管理及通告管理等8大功能于一体的门诊一体化管理信息系统.该系统实现了门诊资源的实时调控与管理,有效地提高了门诊工作效率,并为兄弟医院开发和应用同类系统提供了有益的参考.
