汽车塑料门板翘曲变形原因分析及优化

Abstract
针对汽车塑料门板的翘曲变形问题,采用CAE分析软件进行注塑优化设计.建立了制品的三维几何模型(包括浇口、流道以及网格划分等),从工艺参数、材料等方面对翘曲变形的影响等进行了浇口位置、流动填充及翘曲变形分析,通过对比分析在不同浇口方案下的结果,最终得出能改善制品注塑成型过程中变形问题的进胶方案.
