随着集约化养殖的发展和养殖密度的增大,环境中病毒存在会造成疫病的流行和传播,给人和动物的健康造成严重的危害,对养殖企业造成严重的经济损失.为及时了解养殖环境中病毒情况,需加强致病性病毒的环境监测,形成猪场疾病预警监测机制.作者就环境中的病毒富集和检测方法加以阐述,为进一步完善环境病毒监测预警机制奠定基础.
