Abstract
电网冰区等级划分是电网建设的重要环节之一.电网冰区等级划分过低,有可能导致输电线路无法抵御覆冰危害,造成断线甚至倒塔等现象;冰区等级划分过高,会造成线路建设、运维及改造成本升高,导致资源的浪费.为了科学合理地划分电网冰区等级,讨论了5种电网冰区分级方法,包括经验调查法、覆冰数据法、CRREL模型法、气象参量回归法、局地地形-气象影响覆冰等级模型法,以及各种方法的分级步骤和使用特点.
