Abstract
目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定五味子酊中五味子甲素和五味子乙素含量的方法.方法采用高效液相色谱法.YWG C18分析色谱柱(4.6mm ID×250mm,粒径10μm),C18保护柱(4.6mm ID×5mm,粒径10μm).流动相:乙腈-水(68∶32).流速1.0ml/min,检测波长250nm.结果五味子甲素和五味子乙素的理论板数、分离度、线性关系和回收率等均达到定量测定要求.结论用高效液相色谱法同时测定五味子酊中五味子甲素和五味子乙素含量,操作简便,结果准确.
