Abstract
在3.5％NaCl溶液中,用电化学方法测定了未钝化热镀锌层、钝化后烘干θ为270℃、320℃镀锌层的极化曲线;对三种镀层进行96h中性盐雾试验;用扫描电子显微镜对2种钝化膜表面形貌及成分进行分析.结果表明,在3.5％ NaCl溶液中,钝化镀层耐腐蚀性能明显优于未钝化镀层;烘干温度过高,导致钝化膜开裂严重,镀层耐腐蚀性能降低.
