Abstract
为确定黄瓜中愈伤组织继代培养中激素浓度的最佳组合，以黄瓜不同外植体，诱导初代愈伤组织，利用最佳外植体子叶诱导的愈伤组织进行继代培养，采用响应面设计分析方法，进行二次多项式回归拟合，预测数学模型，并进行激素浓度组合寻优。结果表明：模型的决定系数 R2为0．9957；激素浓度的最佳组合为MS＋6-BA 1．009 mg/L＋IAA 0．5502 mg/L＋AgN031．1026 mg/L
