腹部手术后呼吸功能的改变

Abstract
目的 探讨腹部手术对呼吸功能的影响.方法 应用脉冲振荡肺功能测定仪(IOS)动态观察32例腹部手术患者手术前和手术后第1,3,5,10天呼吸功能的改变,结果 与手术前相比,手术后患者肺容积和通气功能明显下降,总气道阻力增加,但中心气道阻力和肺弹性阻力无明显改变.结论 腹部手术后呼吸功能异常主要表现为限制性通气功能障碍,同时也存在因小气道阻力增加所致的阻塞性通气功能异常.
