多重PCR方法快速检测牛乳中金黄色葡萄球菌及其肠毒素基因型

Abstract
针对金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素基因A,B,C,D(SEA,SEB,SEC,SED)设计了特异性引物,并以其耐热核酸酶nuc基因作为阳性对照,运用多重PCR方法建立金黄色葡萄球菌及其肠毒素基因型的快速检测方法,通过优化多重PCR反应体系及条件,得到最优组合.结果表明,该方法特异性好、检测效率高、能够同时对4种肠毒素进行分型,其中SEA,SEB,SEC,SED的检测灵敏度达到0.072,0.072,0.2268,0.198 g/L,适合运用于牛乳中金黄色葡萄球菌及其肠毒素的快速检测.
