Abstract
目的建立骨刺片中士的宁含量测定方法.方法采用Rx-HPLC法以Hypersil SiO2 10 μm(4.6×250 mm)为色谱柱,正己烷-二氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨(24∶1∶74∶1)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm.结果:士的宁在0.1～1.4 mg/mL的范围内线性关系良好,r＝0.999 8,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.09%(n＝5).结论该法操作简便,快速,结果准确.
