Abstract
目的 探讨网织红细胞(RET)在不同仪器之间检测结果的相关性.方法 使用参考方法对Sysmex XE-5000进行仪器校准后,比较Sysmex XE-5000与Sysmex XN-20两台仪器检测网织红细胞比率的相关性.结果 校准之后,两台仪器检测网织红细胞比率的结果无统计学差异(P＞0.05),与手工方法比较也无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 使用参考方法对Sysmex XE-5000的网织红细胞校准之后可使实验室内部的仪器比对具有可比性.
