目的:研究强直性脊柱炎的早期综合诊断方法.方法:通过3家系中8例强直性脊柱炎患者的临床表现,家族的调查和HLA-B27的检查,分析讨论了HLA-B27与AS的关系及临床应用价值.结果:8例AS患者中HLA-B27阳性7例、阴性1例.结论:AS的早期诊断可借助于临床表现、家族的调查、X线评估和血清学(HLA-B27)检查.
