基于单激光的玻璃测厚系统研究

Abstract
玻璃厚度是衡量玻璃制品质量的一项重要性能指标.为了测量玻璃厚度,研究了基于单激光的玻璃测厚装置.首先,根据光学原理仿真分析确定了激光的最佳入射角,通过CCD获取的光斑中心位置求取玻璃的实际厚度,并与使用游标卡尺的测量结果进行对比,发现单激光玻璃测厚的精度能达到0.01 mm,满足实际的检测要求.
