Abstract
目的:研究青黛及锡类散主要成分靛蓝对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)体外炎症模型的抗炎作用.方法:以10μ g/mL脂多糖(LPS)刺激RAW264.7细胞24h诱导UC体外炎症模型,以MTT法检测靛蓝的细胞毒性,以酶联免疫吸附法研究靛蓝在直接干预、预防干预2种模式下对细胞培养液IL-6/TNF-α表达的作用.结果:模型组中IL-6/TNF-α表达较正常组均有明显升高(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);靛蓝直接干预时,细胞培养液IL-6(5.0、10.0μmol/L实验组)/TNF-α(2.5μmol/L实验组)均较模型组有明显下降(P＜0.05);靛蓝预防干预时,2.5μmol/L实验组中IL-6明显下降(P＜0.05).结论:靛蓝对UC有一定的体外抗炎作用,抗炎模式以直接干预为主,抗炎机制可能为下调IL-6的表达.
