Effect of Pine Needle PE on Biochemistry, Antioxidantion and Immunity of Guangxi Partridge Chickens

Abstract
The feeding test was deigned to investigate the effects of Pine needle PE on the mechanism of action from antioxidation, immunity and biochemistry of Guangxi Partridge chicken, one thousand and six hundred Guangxi Partridge chickens were randomly assigned to 2 groups, each group had 2 repeats. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets added Pine needle PE for 120 days. The results showed that the methods of test group can significantly increased serum GSH-Px T-AOC and SOD(P0.05), and decreased MDA content(P0.05), significantly increased IgA, IgG, IgM, Complement C3 and Complement C4 contents in serum(P0.05), increase Ca and P in serum significantly(P0.05) and decreased Cholesterol(P0.05).The conclusion of the study was pine needle PE can effectively improve immune function enhancing the antioxidant capacity and improving serum biochemistry indices.
