Abstract
AO(Arbeitsgemeinschaft fiir Osteosynthese)学派所倡导的骨折解剖复位,坚强内固定的生物力学观点,对全球范围内的骨折治疗起了指导性作用,并且取得巨大成功,但同时由于"坚强固定"、手术损伤大等原因出现骨折延期愈合、再骨折等问题.包括AO学派在内的许多专家做了大量的基础和临床研究,提出了以保护局部软组织及骨的血运为主的生物学固定观点,即BO(Biological osteosynthexis)观点,以促进骨折愈合,最大限度恢复功能,对临床工作具有重要指导意义.
