Abstract
【Objective】 The aim of the study was to facilitate the process of sweet cherry breeding.【Method】 Mapping for 100 hybrids between ‘8-102' and ‘Lapins' using 968 SLAFs, 20 SSRs and 1 S gene marker was made in this study. 【Result】 A sweet cherry genetic linkage map was constructed. This map was 945.96 c M in length, including 8 linkage groups, with 0.96 c M average maker interval. Good collinearity existed between this map and other Prunus genetic linkage map. In addition, S gene was located in the end of the linkage group 6, a very similar position with other sweet cherry. 【Conclusion】 QTL location and molecular marker development for fruit characteristics could be carried based on sweet cherry genetic linkage map constructed herein, which will accelerate sweet cherry breeding process.
